Billing FAQ
Your first 3 months are completely free. Billing starts at the beginning of month 4. You'll receive an email reminder before your trial ends, giving you time to decide if you'd like to continue.
Yes. You can add or remove servers at any time. Your bill is calculated based on the number of servers connected at the end of each billing period. There's no need to pre-purchase server slots.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely. All prices are in Euro (EUR).
No. Server Scout is billed month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
All displayed prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the applicable rate for your country at checkout. Irish and EU businesses with a valid VAT number may be eligible for VAT reverse charge.
Yes. Each monitored device (switch, DRAC, UPS, etc.) counts as one entry in your plan, the same as a server. For example, if you have 3 Linux servers and 2 network switches, that's 5 total — covered by the base plan at €5/month. The poller agent itself is also a server, so factor that into your count.
